Beyond Leadership Individual Coaching

The Full Beyond Leadership individual executive and professional coaching is a 12-month program divided into what we've observed as the natural stages that individuals pass through on their path to unlocking their full performance potential. Commitment to the full year is highly recommended, otherwise key integration components are missed that affect long-term organization impact.

Stage I: DISCOVERY

In this stage, we start with the heart on who the individual is, what is most important to them in life and work, and what recurring elements are holding them back from showing up at their best.  

Discover means:

- Uncovering limiting feelings, beliefs, and decisions 

- Identifying values and life congruence / in-congruence 

- Finding critical life energy leaks 

Typical EXTERNAL INDICATORS of  DISCOVERY:

- Opening to new Perspectives 

- Deep Evaluation of current paradigms 

- Move towards a stronger voice, with a concurrent softening of old beliefs  

- Individual interior contemplation

Stage II: CLARITY

In this stage, we move from discovery to definition, as we follow a specific approach to gaining clarity on goals, outcomes, and objectives.  

Clarity means:

- Clear vision statements on the highest priority life categories

- Tangible milestones set in 90-day increments

- Clear values statements of self

Typical EXTERNAL INDICATORS of CLARITY:

- Increases in productivity and energy

- Decrease in illness 

- Increase 'engagement' or presence 

- Move towards clearer voice and direction

Stage III: INTEGRATION

In this stage, the rubber hits the road, with a clear path existing between the individuals internal and external worlds, results and creativity merge in an expansive capacity.    

INTEGRATION means:

- Aligning actions with purpose

- Measuring accountability with intention 

- Facing integration contextual realities and adjusting as needed  

Typical EXTERNAL INDICATORS of INTEGRATION:

- Increased tenacity towards outcome

- Intensification of commitments 

- Dis-interest in old-habits non serving habits

- Bold action addressing contextual challenges holding by the individual and the organization

Stage IV: TUNING

In this stage, the realities of integration have been lived, and a normalization of continual awareness and adjustment are practiced for an optimized environment.

TUNING means:

- Early Awareness of interruptions, saboteurs, and energy suckers

- Adjustment habits of optimization 

- Alignment of internal and external 

Typical EXTERNAL INDICATORS of TUNING:

- Consistent delivery of results and approach

- Transference of knowledge and behavior to others (teams and peers) 

-  Pull towards creating a loving, actualized work environment

- Potential context changes, major moves, shifts to new beginnings

We use a proprietary life assessment tool that provides immediate perspective on life energy leaks through in-congruent living.  Beyond Leadership is holistic, in that we measure every aspect of life so that we cater to the heart of each unique individual.  

We use this tool as a quarterly check-up to measure progress. 

When people raise their life fulfillment, energy is unlocked for organizational growth. 

Bio-emotive Framework

Dr. Douglas J. Tataryn's life work is scripted in the Bio-emotive framework, a step-by-step process and language for evolving your emotional maturity, and in doing so, creating a way of being in the world that free's you from unhealthy stress and dis-ease.

When people evolve emotionally, it automatically begins to solve the most damaging issues facing organization, such as infighting, politics, playing it safe, and poor engagement.
